The Council is suspending the standstill period and withdrawing this Contract Award Notice due to a minor discrepancy with the scoring scale. To ensure fairness and transparency, the Council will repeat the evaluation using the scoring scale as originally published in the ITT. This step is being taken solely to address the identified discrepancy in the scoring scale. Once the re-evaluation is complete, the Council will observe an 8 day standstill period before any contract award is finalised.

Description

H758 Capital Planned Works, including General Repairs and Improvement Works to Void and Tenanted Properties

Dudley MBC is seeking interest in Contractors to provide a works contract which delivers Large-scale Capital Planned Works to include - Re-Render Programmes, Bathroom Renewal, Kitchen Replacement, Minor Works & Subsidence, External Facades (Roofing), Improvements to Stock Condition, Estate Improvements, Garage improvements ( Major Components, Re-Roof, demolition), and Higher Value strategic Void support (over £5K refurbishment) within the Borough of Dudley.

A principal contractor will be appointed to carry out the whole of the works included within the contract.
