This LOT is divided into 5 Categories as labelled below. Tenderers may submit for all or one of the categories but MUST as a minimum be able to supply the basket of goods stated as well as other ranges of similar products.

Category 1 – Tables and Desks

A range of educational classroom tables and desks of various shapes, frame styles, tops, edges and finishes, available in modular and in single units. Steel frames to have a minimum wall thickness of 1.5mm, range offering to include tilt top, examination, height adjustable, science, project, teacher and IT. This list is not exhaustive and if other tables are available, please include in your response.

A recycled option also applies here if applicable.

Category 2 – Seating including Soft and Breakout

A range of educational classroom chairs, stools, teacher’s chairs and swivel chairs available in a variety of styles. Fixed height chairs to be compliant to BSEN 1729 part 1 and or 2. Range of soft seating and breakout furniture, both modular and single units in a variety of shapes, styles and finishes. Range of screens both linking and free standing in a variety of sizes, shapes and materials.

Category 3 – Storage and Cloakroom

Educational classroom storage units, including wooden, metal and plastic construction both static and mobile, cupboards with lockable/without doors all for use with or without trays or shelves.

Range of storage units both tray and other variations to hold up to A1 paper and other items.

Cloakroom furniture range(s) mobile, static, wall fixed, individual hooks in a variety of materials styles and finishes.

Lockers – A variety of sizes in various materials in both off the shelf and bespoke.

Range of library shelving, display, book storage, in a variety of styles, finishes and materials.

Category 4 – Dining

Range of dining requirement to include tables, benches and seating covering fixed, folding, tilt top, wall mounted and retractable available in a variety of materials, styles, shapes and finishes A recycled option also applies here if applicable.

This Lot relates to the supply of Non-Educational Furniture this includes a range of office desks (with seating), storage, breakout and reception areas, display/presentation boards and PPE screens. This will cover a range of sizes, colours, materials and products within the categories specified

This LOT is divided into 6 Categories as labelled below. Tenderers may submit for all or one of the categories but MUST as a minimum be able to supply the basket of goods as stated as well as other ranges of similar products.

Category 1 – Office desks, meeting tables and chairs (including table and chair sets)

Range of office desks, meeting tables and chairs, including folding and flip-top in a variety of sizes, styles, finishes and shapes.

A range of breakout furniture including single units to modular in a variety of shapes and sizes including acoustic, breakout, sofas, all various finishes, styles, and materials together with a range of complementary coffee tables.

Category 4 – Office Seating and Chairs

A range of office seating including operator chairs with lumbar support options; visitor/meeting chairs and all other options such as banquet chairs. Range of folding chairs both linking and unlinked together with associated storage trolley.

Category 5 – Display and Presentation

A range in various styles, finishes, and materials, to include whiteboards magnetic and non- magnetic including themed, notice/display boards both open and covered, to include compliant range to BSEN13501-1 reaction to fire test. (Certification required).

Range of revolving or height adjustable whiteboards (magnetic and non-magnetic) and noticeboards/ display boards with a surface that can be pinned in a variety of finishes, poster frames, information and sign stands, literature display/dispensers, folding display, presentation panels and kits, divider screens of all sizes and styles together, exterior showcases and signage.

Category 6 – PPE Screens

A range of PPE products to include screens, desk dividers and sneeze screens in acrylic, moveable and removeable
