North of England Commissioning Support (NECS), working for and on behalf of NHS North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (NEAS), wishes to commission a framework agreement for the provision of Third-Party 111 Online and Primary Care Speak To (PCST) Services.
In preparation for the proposed framework North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) and the Contracting Authority are holding a Bidder Event on Wednesday 26th March 2025 at 2pm via Microsoft Teams. This event will provide an overview of the Third-Party 111 Online and Primary Care Speak To (PCST) Services, the Procurement process and on how to submit a bid.
It is important to note that this is not a call for competition and as such you will need to express your interest in any future opportunity once the contract notice is published in Find a Tender.
NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool, Atamis, to communicate with potential providers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to potential providers and all communications with NECS, will be conducted via Atamis: https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome
