The Middlesbrough Development Corporation (MDC) is seeking an experienced developer who will work with us to provide a solution for the regeneration of the 2ha Gresham site in Middlesbrough. Located at a main entry point to the town from the A66, this provides a significant opportunity for a suitable and appropriately qualified developer to be part of the transformation of Middlesbrough.
This competitive dialogue process will enable the MDC to develop through discussion, the various structures, and mechanisms which bidders feel would best suit its requirements and help to achieve its objectives. Structures which the MDC may consider include, but are not limited to, a straightforward development agreement, a master developer arrangement, a development framework, a joint venture between the MDC and the successful bidder and various structures for returns to both parties. The successful bidder will join us on this journey from the outset to develop and deliver our vision for Gresham.
