Engagement process description
A soft market test will be run to review requirements and ensure they're realistic for our budget. For the market test, we will issue an Early Engagement Notice complete with a questionnaire for suppliers alongside an outline of our requirements to provide the suppliers with context as to what we're asking for and why. We will also be utilising an outside organisation called Foundations to assist us with circulating the notice link and documents to help increase interest levels.
