This procurement replaces CP2196-21 which was abandoned due to the omission of some information essential to the delivery of service in both the service specification and tender documents. As a social housing scheme it is essential that Edwards Court is accessible to people reliant on a state pension; the requirement of ‘affordability’ was not explained fully in the service specification, and the pricing schedule did not state this as a requirement for the weekly service cost. These omissions have been addressed in this new procurement. Changes to the tender documents will be clearly outlined in the new tender documents that will be issued.
