The London Borough of Sutton is seeking a Provider who is able to take over the management and care provision of two existing residential care homes supporting residents with learning difficulties.
There is an urgency to award a successful Supplier who will be required to take over the management of the services and care of the current residents in a short time frame as the contract will commence from 1st July 2022.
This tender is being conducted to award a social care service in line with Part 2, Chapter 3, Section 7, regulation 74-77 (Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
This contract is for an initial period of 12 months but may be extended for 12 months at the sole discretion of the Council subject to commitee approval.

There is an urgency to award a successful Supplier to take over the management and care services of vulnerable service users in two residential care homes following the withdrawal of the existing supplier.
This tender is being conducted to award a social care service in line with Part 2, Chapter 3, Section 7, regulation 74-77 (Light Touch Regime (LTR)) of the Public Contracts with Regulation 2015.
Because of the urgency we are guided by the accelerated open tender regulation 27, clause 5 which allows the minimum time for response to tender to be reduced to 15 calendar days.
