The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea ("the Council") is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experience contractor to carry out refurbishment works to four blocks within Silchester Estate to benefit from the Council's investment programme due to the deteriorating condition of the blocks.

The blocks were originally constructed circa 1960 under the authority of Kensington Metropolitan Borough Council. The blocks are of similar construction, this being reinforced concrete frame with brick infill panels. The four blocks are;

• Dixon House, Darfield Way, W10 6TU

• Markland House, Darfield Way, W10 6UA

• Frinstead House, Freston Road, W10 6TZ

• Whitstable House, Silchester Road, W10 6SH
