Darlington Borough Council (DBC) is working in partnership with Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) to develop Innovation Central at Central Park off Yarm Road, Darlington.
The project focuses on the creation of space for both existing and new SME’s which will be provided with high quality accommodation and provided with access to support to help make it through the “make or break” first months and years as well as to support growth. The project will provide suitable, affordable high-quality accommodation which is not available in the area to support SME business to exploit innovations and markets.
