Weymouth Town Council are looking to appoint a Contractor to lead the transformation of Radipole Park & Gardens, an important park in the centre of Weymouth, which has provided services to the local community for nearly a hundred years. The contract will be a single appointment for the delivery of all Services under this contract, including landscape works to the park, drainage and groundworks, and construction of the new cafe.

This Heritage Lottery funded project will include creation of a Heritage Centre/Café with toilets, associated civils and landscape works including reintroduction of water play, new equipment within the children’s play area and undertake significant improvement to the parks fabric, including addressing existing drainage issues, planting, upgrade of sports courts and fencing, new footpaths and seating with improved accessibility for a wider range of users.
