PHASE 1 - SYFR is looking to implement and upgrade a current Trend based Building Management System and replace with a new cloud based system at 19 sites utilising direct digital controls to drive efficient operations, increase occupant comfort and protect the services employees across its estate portfolio.
PHASE 2 - A larger and more comprehensive Building Management System is required at Central Headquarters (CHQ), Fleet Workshops/Stores and the Brigade Training and Development Centre (TDC) to replace the current Trend based Building Management System.
As per Phase 1, the service if looking to replace the current Trend system with a new cloud based system utilising direct digital controls to drive efficient operations, increase occupant comfort and protect the services employees across its estate portfolio lining both systems into a single head end across both systems (Phase 1 and Phase 2).
