Supply of unexplained delay software solution covering west of Scotland and parts of the Central Belt, covering areas from Mallaig to Stranraer, Carlisle, and Glasgow to Edinburgh, Stirling, and Alloa. This will provide coverage for nearly all the current electric fleet. We invite suppliers to complete this PQQ and ITN for this software solution.

This is a 'negotiated procedure with prior call for competition' in which both your response to the PQQ and your Initial Tender are to be completed simultaneously and both are to be submitted at the latest by 12:00 on 06 March.
