Scope

Description

The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) is seeking to procure a robust, scalable case file quality solution to support operational policing, compliance, and improve submissions to the CPS.

The MPS is looking to improve the quality and completeness of case files submitted to the CPS, reduce time and effort spent on reworking or resubmitting files and ensure compliance with CPS requirements, national policing standards, and internal triage criteria.

The MPS are looking to support officers and staff with tools that enable them to focus on content, not just process and to standardise quality assurance across the MPS.
