The principal location for delivery of services is the Clyde Gateway area, which extends over parts of both Glasgow City Council and South Lanarkshire Council local authority areas.

Clyde Gateway wishes to appoint consultants within a framework agreement to provide a range of property consultancy services in relation to the valuation and marketing of its property portfolio, together with general agency advice on development, appraisals, site acquisitions and disposals, with additional input as required on specialisms such as building consultancy, planning and rating matters.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The contracting authority will issue to all tenderers by electronic means a formal award decision notification. The notification will give reasons for the award decision and state the earliest date that the contract will be concluded, which date shall not be less than 10 clear days from the date of the issue of the notification. If proceedings are served on the Contracting Authority in relation to the contract that has not yet been concluded, the procurement process will be automatically suspended. The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties to take action in the Sheriff Court or Court of Session.
