two.1.4) Short description

Our website acts as a corporate ‘shop window’ to explain and help promote Futures and the work that we do. It is also a resource for our customers as it provides a wide range of information and advice about home management and how to get our help and support. It offers a small but growing number of digital services, sometimes operating through separate back-end systems, that are integrated into our site in different ways.

We are looking for a long-term development partner who understands the needs of our website users and who can work to resolve current issues, improve the experience for all and flexibly deliver our future development requirements. We also need to be able to demonstrate that our supplier delivers value for money and provides an agile, responsive service.

Additionally, we want a partner who can support us in our digital strategy journey by proactively helping us to understand and embrace the potential of the site and its underlying technologies. This would include demonstrating new features and helping ensure that we take a fully integrated approach with our website when introducing other new technologies to the business.
