The engagement shall consist of Quantity Surveying consultancy services including the daily management, setting up, advising and valuing of all work carried out in partnership with and under the direction of the University, of the five Measured Term Contract (MTC) arrangements namely: • Building, Mechanical and Electrical Services based on PSA Schedule of Rates• Painting and Decorating Services based on PSA Schedule of Rates• Installation of Security Equipment and Systems. The security MTC contract includes CCTV equipment, Access Control, Access Barriers, Intruder Alarms and Control Room equipment based on a bespoke schedule of rates • Asbestos removal and encapsulation based on a bespoke schedule of rates• Flooring finishes based on a bespoke schedule of rates
