Bristol City Council wishes to appoint experienced contractors to carry out the design, supply and installation of replacement kitchens and associated rewiring of the electrical installation as required.
The properties requiring works will be domestic properties managed by Housing & Landlord Services and will be geographically spread across the city. The Council wishes to appoint experienced contractors who are members of the Considerate Construction Scheme or equivalent, evidence of such membership will be required.

Bristol City Council wishes to appoint an experienced contractor to carry out the design, supply and installation of replacement kitchens and associated rewiring of the electrical installation as required.
The properties requiring works will be domestic properties managed by Housing & Landlord Services and will be geographically spread across the city.
Housing Services manages and maintains over 28,000 homes across all wards in the City. Each contract year the contractor is required to carry out the design, supply and installation of approximately 375 domestic kitchens (inset sink, units, worktops, tiles, decorations) and rewire of the kitchen. The properties requiring works will be in Council owned properties managed by Housing & Landlord Services. The Work will include arranging access, surveying the property, designing the kitchen layout and or locations of electrical sockets. In addition, there will be a requirement for re-wiring as stand alone packages of work on an ad hoc basis which will consist of the design and full rewire including consumer unit replacement to houses or flats as and when required. This can be for occupied or empty Council owned domestic properties, as part of Kitchen replacement works and for property where no Kitchen replacement is taking place.
