Further to the publication of a Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) on the Government ‘Find a Tender Service’, the London Borough of Brent (“Brent Council”) is seeking to procure a Development Partner to bring forward a high quality residential led, redevelopment of the buildings at 1-8 Neville House, 1-64 Winterleys, 113-128 Carlton House and Carlton Hall site (“the NWCC Site”), as part of the award winning South Kilburn Regeneration Programme.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The NWCC development will deliver 219 new high-quality homes to serve the growing local community and will form an important connection between previous phases of the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme and proposed future developments. The NWCC development will deliver a range of 1 to 4 bedroom homes, of which 51% will be affordable, and high-quality public realm.

Only expressions of interest received through the portal by the due date as set out in the MoI and in this PIN notice will qualify to take part of the procurement process and receive the supplier questionnaire.

The process will be a Competition Procedure with negotiation, please note that if the Negotiations phase is not required, the Council has the right to award after the ISIT responses and not follow the negotiated route.
