Description

Norfolk County Council is looking to purchase a software system to manage its end to end processes in children's services. The contract will also cover implementation and support services.

Engagement process description

Market engagement was undertaken under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. A Prior Information Notice was published on 2 April 2024 Reference 2024/S 000-010507. In the Prior Information Notice interested parties were asked to come forward for a one to one discussion and demonstration with the Council. The Council undertook one to ones with 5 providers. These one to ones took place during September and October 2024 either via teams or at Norfolk County Council premises ( County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich)
