Provision of Occupational Health Services to Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust, Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust and The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust.
The Authorities listed above are seeking a contractor to provide Occupational Health Services to all four organisations.
The initial contract term will be 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years at the sole discretion of the Authorities giving a possible maximum contract term of 5 years.
It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 01/05/2025.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice . The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this contract award.
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) exercise is being conducted via a competitive process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
