A Framework Agreement to appoint a pool of contractors for the provision of Minor Works services between the values of £1m and £4.1m to the NE5 group of Universities in the North-East. NE5 consists of Durham, Newcastle, Northumbria, Sunderland and Teeside Universities and their subsidiaries (some of which may be outside the North-East of England). The nature of the works will predominantly be refurbishment or upgrade works to various types of building within their Estate, however there may be the occasional new build scheme.
