Scope
Description
This PME is for a system referred to internally as Integrated property market and market insight system, which enables our Estates team (currently 25 members of staff) to; Access a dedicated property advertisement platform to advertise available property to let or for sale. The requirement/functionality of the platform should allow the Strategic Property Team to advertise their respective available properties in a detailed manner for their respective portfolios to fill void properties. In relation to external requirement/functionality, members of the public will be able to view available properties and enquire about the property that they are interested in. Allow valuers to use the system to provide evidence of the valuation for acquisitions and leases when researching commercial properties. Valuations are typically based on actual historical sales/data along with area comparables. PLEASE NOTE - We have inserted a nominal value of £1 as the value for this PME and categorised it as below threshold. We will be in a better position to understand the costs once we review the PME responses.
