Another working across both North and South and the third covering North West (Greater Manchester) . This approach will help us manage the workload, improve performance monitoring and contract management and ensure continued compliance with fire safety legislation.

The objective of this procurement is to establish a new contract with the option to extend by up to two additional years (3 + 1 + 1), running to July 2029, for the delivery of fire remedial works across our housing stock.
