Maidstone Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to provide cleaning and waste clearance services for teams across our Housing Department.

This invitation to tender will be split into 4 Lots as follows:

Lot 1 – Helping you Home – hospital discharge support

Lot 2 – Temporary and Discretionary Accommodation units

Lot 3 – Maidstone Property Holdings – Private Rented Sector accommodation

Lot 4 – Window cleaning for all properties contained with Lot 2 and Lot 3

Tenderers are invited to bid on any combination of lots that they have the capability of delivering. Each lot should be costed as if it were a standalone lot. Tenderers who would like to offer a discount if awarded both lots should then separately indicate any discount structure to be applied. Tenderers will be required to provide all the items listed in the lot that they are bidding on and must comply with the specification outlined.
