The project will be delivered in three distinct works areas – broadly defined as the ‘cultural offer’, ‘commercial offer’ and residential offer’.The cultural offer of the project has been phased to suit the requirements and deadlines of the different funders as follows:• Phase 01 – The Maltings at Berwick Barracks, Cinema (1A) and Gymnasium Gallery (1B).• Phase 02 – East Range Refurbishment• Phase 03 – Museum (3A) and Archive (3B)The project consultancy team being procured as part of this tender will be responsible for delivery of:• Phase 02• Phase 03A• Preparation of the sitewide infrastructure masterplan• Coordination across the different project phases
