National Framework Partnership is tendering a Watercooler Services framework with the aim to provide contracting authorities with a convenient and efficient means of procuring essential drinking water solutions. NFP looks forward to receiving competitive tender submissions from qualified and experienced suppliers.
The selected contractor(s) shall provide the following services:
Supply and installation of Watercoolers, Hot Water Boilers, Premium combinatory taps, Bottles and Fountains.
Routine servicing and maintenance.
Provision of breakdown cover and emergency repair services.
Provision of consumables (e.g., cups, filters) as required.
Dedicated customer service support.
