This contract is for the provision of maintenance services to gas, dual fuel and oil fired boilers and associated gas fired appliances across Queen’s. The appointed Contractor shall be Gas Safe Registered and in compliance with Gas Safety Installation and Use Regulations (GSIUR). The Contractor shall also be OFTEC registered for working on commercial dual fuel and oil fired boilers.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

This contract is for the provision of maintenance services to gas, dual fuel and oil fired boilers and associated gas fired appliances across Queen’s. The appointed Contractor shall be Gas Safe Registered and in compliance with Gas Safety Installation and Use Regulations (GSIUR). The Contractor shall also be OFTEC registered for working on commercial dual fuel and oil fired boilers. The scope of this contract includes the following services:• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) – 1 major PPM visit per annum and 1 minor PPM visit per annum, to all gas and oil appliance assets.• PPM to Gas Network at Elms Village• Reactive maintenance services – 24-hour callout and repair service.• Supply, installation and commissioning of gas, dual fuel and oil fired boilers and associated gas fired appliances.• Safety valves associated with larger boiler installations which require a 2 yearly overhaul and bench pressure test in accordance with The Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000.
