This direct award is for an additional service. This is an additional legal service to an existing consultancy service which provides a range of consultancy services for a garden village development. The existing commission is unable to provide a legal service, and an immediate, additional service is required to ensure smooth delivery of the garden village project. The supplier is able to start immediately and is a leader in garden communities with the required specialist knowledge and already works closely with the main consultancy.
