Ealing Council have instructed Faithful+Gould to undertake an Expression of Interest
process with members of the Hyde Framework, to gauge their interest in tendering to
complete the RIBA stage 4 design and the construction of exemplar 143 new affordable residential units on the Golf Links Phase 3 site to Passivhaus requirements.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Golf Links Estate is situated in the London Borough of Ealing, within the ward of Dormer’s Wells, approximately 2km to the west of Ealing town centre. Towards the north is Greenford and to the southwest is Southall. The Estate lies on the edge of Metropolitan Open Land and sits adjacent to Brent Valley Park to the east of the site. The site is an existing Council-owned housing estate and is located on the junction of Fleming Road and Whitecote Road. The re-development site is situated within a well-established residential community, with an existing network of schools, health and community facilities. There are dedicated play spaces close to the site which will serve both existing and future residents. The application site of the current Alnmouth & Portrush Blocks is occupied by existing residential buildings which are to be demolished. A Residents’ Steering Group has been recently formed to review the regeneration plans for the estate.
