he objectives of the WMCA TDM and Active Travel Framework are to:
• To plan and deliver packages of TDM, sustainable travel behavioural change and active travel
• Support delivery of planned behavioural change at scale;
• Provide capacity at short notice to develop and deliver localised TDM strategies and activities.
• To plan and deliver packages and events that encourage cycling
It is the WMCA's intention to make this Framework accessible to other local authorities and organisations in the UK. Please refer to the individual Lot descriptions at II.2.4 for further details.
The Framework itself is comprised of 5 Lots, each of which will be detailed within this award notice.
As this is a Framework Agreement it is not known at this stage what the aggregate value of spend will be across the various Lots. The figure given below is an estimate of WMCA spend over 4 years for tendering purposes only, please note that WMCA cannot be held to this figure.

It is expected that the successful service providers on Lot 1 will work closely with the WMCA to develop, deliver and monitor a range of Travel Demand Management strategies.
