The work comprises the routine cleaning and disinfecting of common close areas for a one-year period with the option to extend for a further 4 year period on a yearly basis to various properties in the Faifley area.

The contract duration is twelve months with the option to extend by a further 48 months on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory review as assessed by the Association's Housing Management and by tenant feedback.
