two.1.4) Short description

The Guinness Partnership Ltd and all its subsidiaries is seeking organisation(s) to provide fire safety systems servicing and repair services to include the servicing, maintenance and responsive repairs of all fire detection and ancillary equipment within its properties in accordance with the contract specification and current fire regulations.

Guinness wishes to enter into a contract with a service provider(s) for an initial contract term of 3 years with the option to extend the contract for 2 further periods of 12 months.

Our requirements are divided into 4 lots. Each lot comprises all servicing, maintenance and repair services to the included properties and lot specific type of equipment. For lots one to three, the equipment includes fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, deaf assist, aspirating systems, smoke detectors, automatic opening vents and fire extinguishers. For lot four, the equipment includes sprinklers, suppression systems, refuge intercoms, dry and wet risers and bin chutes plus any additional equipment as may be added during the term of the contract.
