Carmarthenshire County Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified Contractors to deliver responsive maintenance (including emergency works ordered during normal working hours and out of working hours), planned works, adaptation works, call handling to include out of hours, void property works, technical inspections and trade specific works, required for the delivery of property related services within its Housing and Non-Housing Divisions. This arrangement will be a Framework Agreement with multiple Contractors appointed to a number of different trade-specific, geographical and value-banded lots. There are lotting restrictions in place for specific lots, as detailed in the tender documentation.
This Framework is for use by Carmarthenshire County Council in addition to any body (whether incorporated or otherwise) which is a subsidiary of or is wholly or mainly owned or controlled by Carmarthenshire County Council.
