two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Midland Metro Ltd (MML) are looking to award a single supplier contract for the provision of full cleaning services. The Supplier is required to provide a high-quality service within the scope of the Specification to include, but not limited to:
• Tram Cleaning
• Track and Embankment Cleaning
• Tram Stop Cleaning
• Operations Control Centre (OCC) Cleaning
• Other cleaning requirements as required by MML
The Contract term will run for an initial three-year period, commencing on 1st December 2024 until 30th November 2027 with an optional 12-month extension to give a maximum contract end date of 30th November 2028.
This ITT is being evaluated on the basis of Quality 65% / Price 35%. Please note that a financial assessment will be undertaken as part of the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) process. An additional financial assessment may be conducted on the proposed supplier immediately prior to contract award, to provide extra assurance and to consider the latest financial information. This may be necessary due to the protracted tender duration between the SSQ stage and the final contract award.
