Description

This project will deliver 45 new affordable council homes for those households on the council's housing waiting list. It will have a positive impact providing additional homes for those households not able to access market housing as well as those in temporary accommodation.

Legal and financial capacity conditions of participation

As per Tender documents, conditions of participation has been updated for financial standing.

On the basis there is a requirement for the successful contractor to have either a Performance Bond or Parent Company Guarantee in place, the Financial Capacity Conditions of Participation (Question 13a, page 27 in the ITT instruction document) is reduced from £30,000,000 to £19,000,000.
