Ground Instructor Training Team, this role would be expected to deliver the following as a minimum:Delivery of Aviation Security Level 1 Courses, Level 2 Courses, Level 1 and 2 ART, NXCT Training and Tests, Computer Based Training and GSAT Courses.Delivery of all security training as required by LLA and ensure all certificates associated with this training are supplied to HR files and local Managers as applicable.All trainers must have a CIN number. Ensure all training records are maintained and updated as appropriate.Oversee and deliver OJT, maintain all records associated with OJT.In conjunction with local Managers, review monthly TIP data to establish training needs, to then oversee or carry out as applicable, any refresher training and monitoring. Maintain and update the training records.Deliver additional training courses that may be required from time to time and for which the candidate will receive the appropriate training prior to commencement.
