Description
Jisc's Cloud Managed Services team was looking to procure a FinOps solution from a single provider. The successful solution will be predominately deployed by Jisc as the main user (use case (1) and (2)), however there is scope that the solution is in-directly made available to Jisc members and customers (use case (3).

Justification for not setting key performance indicators
Contract value is significantly accounted for by throughspend by Members' cloud usage, rather than expenditure by Jisc in the way of charges or fees (which will be only a much smaller percentage of that figure, and far below the £5m threshold where KPIs would be required).
