two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Gateshead College require proposals for the delivery, installation, configuration and maintenance of devices and print management software as detailed. The College also requires proposals to include detail on the requested off site reprographic service. The successful company will also need to supply all the appropriate licences for the proposed devices.

A successful tenderer shall be prepared to commence the service on Sunday 1st August 2021 being the commencement date referred to in the contract conditions of the contract documentation. A mobilisation/implementation period has been built into this timeline between 10th June and 31st July 2021. The duration of the contract will initially be for a period of 3 or 5 years at the option of the College, with an option to extend the contract for an additional 24 months as a maximum.
