Warwick Manufacturing Group has an asset infrastructure in excess of 4,000 items, managed across over 20 Facilities. We require an equipment booking system that allows us to comply with our statutory reporting requirements (by asset) and offers a flexible booking system to meet the specific and varied operating processes across all facilities – including recognising grouped assets (parent and child), configurable booking patterns, and competency-based booking approval requirements. There should be reporting function to assess utilisation of labs and workshops at both top level and by individual space based on the equipment assigned, and for this to be displayed on floorplans in a heat map format for ease of decision making, as well as in a data led report with accurate figures.Please refer to http://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofwarwick for further information.
