Engagement process description

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership - Procurement Services (NWSSP) is preparing to go out to competitive tender for the renewal of

its All Wales Insulin Pumps and Consumables Framework Agreement, to include but not be limited to: insulin pumps, associated pump

consumables, CGM, online patient data visibility and management platforms relating to insulin pumps and CGM, smart insulin pens, and apps which specifically facilitate hybrid closed looping systems.

NHS Wales are looking to conduct pre-tender engagement with interested suppliers to present an overview of the tender plan and explore the market and associated value opportunities that will assist in informing the structure of the new all Wales tender.

Interested parties are asked to contact Melanie Foote-Jones via email (melanie.foote-jones@wales.nhs.uk). Please include your Company

name, a brief overview of your Organisation's activity in relation to this tender opportunity, your telephone number and contact email

address. The invitation to join the Teams session will then be forwarded.

Interested Suppliers are asked to ensure they have emailed Melanie Foote-Jones to request to join the engagement session no later than 28/3/2025. It is our intention to conduct an engagement session virtually via MS Teams on 10.4.25 at 2pm. There will be clinical representation on the session. The session will include the opportunity for questions to be raised. Following the session, participating organisations will have the ability to email the team to ask any further questions (a 7 day window will be opened to facilitate this).
