Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition.The Authority has used the negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to regulation 32(2)(a) of the Public Contracts regulation 2015 as no compliant bids were submitted in response to the initial open procedure procurement exercise linked to FTS Notice number 2023/S 000-034595 dated 22nd November 2023 (Lots 6 & 7 only). The Authority confirms that the initial conditions of contract are not substantially altered.
