The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to establish a Framework Agreement whereby deployment of Inspection Maintenance and Repair of Physical Education, Fitness and Outdoor Play Equipment may take place by the Sites placing an order for Services as and when required.
Sites include the following:
Children's Services Sites where Hampshire County Council is the employer such as Pupil Referral units; Children's Homes; Children's Education Units and Outdoor Centres
Schools such as nursery, primary, secondary and special schools and Academies within geographical area of which Hampshire County Council is the Local Education Authority
There are currently 526 schools in total (which includes all Hampshire County Council maintained (Community) schools and all Academies. There are currently 26 Special schools and 8 Children's Homes.
The Framework will commence on 01/09/2023 and will be for a period of 2 years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the InTend website https://intendhost.co.uk/hampshire and complete and submit the tender return document together with supporting information by 14.00 on Thursday 20/04/2023.

The procurement is to establish via a single supplier model, a Framework Agreement for the Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Physical Education, Fitness and Outdoor Play Equipment. This will be carried out as an open procedure. The initial duration of the framework will be 2 years commencing 1st September 2023, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
