Partick Housing Association is awarding a contract for a fully hosted, secure, Cloud-based IT application (SaaS) for integrated housing, finance and factoring management. Applicants had to demonstrate that they had a fully integrated system which includes the following facilities, and which is already implemented at 3 sites: CRM system; Rent management; Tenancy management; Reactive repairs; Planned and cyclical repairs; Asset register, including components; Warnings and alerts; Dashboards and reports; Factoring functionality, including the ability to manage cyclical maintenance funds and mandated (optional) works; Financial management of Group structure; Automated ARC reports and a customer portal for external users.
