Description

Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to engage a provider for the provision of patient transport services to support Amber Lodge, a specialist inpatient service for children and young people.

Interested suppliers are invited to review the documents and respond as outlined.

  • £60,000 excluding VAT
  • £72,000 including VAT
