Framework operation description
A single supplier framework with call-offs awarded without competition. Prices for call-offs will be determined using a package of discounts quoted by the supplier in their bid, on media title rate cards, and for prices set in the bidder's tender for copywriting including inclusive language reviews, gender decoding, neurodiversity format checking, SEO keyword formatting (price per advert).
