Langstane Housing Association has approximately 2,421 gas central heating systems and 124 air source heat pump systems in residential properties and a further 6 commercial heating systems. The successful contractor will carry out MOT style annual servicing of gas and wet electrical heating systems and biennial servicing of air source heat pumps in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. Further the contractor will be required to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance including an out of hours emergency call out service. Occasional system replacements and/or upgrades are also included in scope.
