The Project
RBH is a proud Mutual Organisation co-owned by it tenants and members.
Empty Property Cleaning:
We are looking for small to medium sized businesses to work in partnership with RBH, alongside our internal Major Works repair teams, in cleaning our empty homes and preparing them for our new tenants.
We strive to provide our tenants with the highest standard of cleaning possible. On average, we turn around approximately 700 empty properties each year. The level of cleaning required to bring these properties up to the required high standard, will clearly vary dependent upon the condition of the property when returned to RBH, and the level of remedial works carried out.
RBH Campus Site Cleaning:
Cleaning at those RBH locations referred to as 'Campus Sites' is predominantly daily and current available details are in Section 4 of this ITT, 'Campus Cleaning Specification' and Appendices' 3 & 5. These sites are used by colleagues for what's referred to as Smart Working, allowing agile working and meeting between internal and external contacts. Spaces are generally office work environments with welfare provision and expectations that the appointed supplier will have suitable resources to provide the service simultaneously across the different addresses with suitably equipped and trained personnel.
