Our aims of the energy advice service are to; offer general energy saving advice information to all of our customers, and also to provide further support for those customers who require it. General energy advice information will be provided through the Peabody website, in newsletters and on Peabody’s social media.
This ITT is to appoint an Energy Advice Service Provider to support our customers with energy advice, especially those who are at most risk of fuel poverty. To comply with GDPR we will provide the Service Provider with referrals from customers that have agreed for their contact details to be passed over. The Service Provider will then contact the customer and provide the appropriate telephone advice, or home visit, along with additional support sessions if required.
Peabody will be promoting this service widely to our customers through written and online promotion as well as referring to the service in written correspondence. We will also promote our service through the Peabody contact centre and internal teams who are already working with customers who may be at risk of fuel poverty.
