A number of amenity development sites require external painting and decoration to the building. The paintworks include Doors, Windows Facia, Soffits, Bargeboards, Fencing, Railings and Masonry. The Lot 1 Specification for External Painting and Decorating sets out the full expected requirement.

A number of amenity development sites require the internal painting and decoration of the properties. The Walls, Ceilings, Doors, Door sets, wood work will required to be decorated either by paint or varnish. The colour will be decided by the customers of the developments.
