This notice is to invite participants to partake in some pre-procurement engagement enabling us to speak to the market to help inform our procurement strategy. This is not the notice to bid for the work, just to speak to the Client about how we move the forward with the procurement in the current market.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Vaughan Road Phase 2 will deliver 92 apartments in 3 distinct blocks constructed around a landscaped courtyard in Whipton, Exeter. The client is Exeter City Living on behalf of Exeter City Council. The existing buildings are demolished and the site is hoarded. This is the first section of a wider masterplan in the area to develop 300 homes to Passivhaus standard. The scheme has a planning grant (Ref:19/1621/FUL) for the 92 nr. Units. Current tenure is to be decided but units will be built to Build to Rent standard.
